This is a rewrite to my story MindStrike (X-men). I changed a couple things that happened and fixed some errors that I made in my old story that I wrote five years ago.
I also made this a Reader x Character story instead of an OC x Character.
It is a Quicksilver Aka Peter Maximoff x Reader story.

I walked home, listening to the beats on my headphones. It was a normal day, i was just minding my own business. Hiding my powers, as usual. I was just a few feet away from my house when i noticed 4 guys on my porch. One was tall with a strange spiky-ish hair, one had long brown hair and a brown beard, the other one had brown hair and glasses, and the last one had silver hair and seemed way younger than the rest. He had a similar style to me, just... silver. I decided to risk it and use my powers, i ran. i ran to them to check their pockets. i was reaching towards the Tall guy's pocket when the boy with the silver hair caught my hand. He was fast, just like me. No one could see me when i run. Except him. it was obvious. He was a mutant. - Crystal is a 16 year old girl. She was living a happy life until her older brother lost control of his powers and Blew her Family's car in a road trip. She survived because she were able to run out, but she couldn't save her family. She has been living alone ever since with the money her parents have saved up and hid in her basement. She has several different powers. This is book three of my Maximoff series. My other books are called Maximoff an Age of Ultron x Reader and Silent Siren a Captain America Civil War x Reader.
