They say love can cause suffering and pain, but what, just what if if love is nothing but suffering and pain? What if the true meaning of love is in the way it makes us feel, even when it tears us apart?
Is love worth it when you know it could leave you broken at the end? When you knew, deep inside, that loving someone could change everything about you-your heart, your choices, your world-and not always for the better? But then again, maybe that's the point. We fall because we believe in the possibility and in our perspective, the hope that even through the pain, something beautiful can come from it like what they said that " when it rains, there is always rainbow at the end". That maybe, just maybe, the love we give will one day be returned.
Have you ever fallen in love with a boy? A girl? And if you knew it would hurt, would you still choose to love them? Would you risk your heart, knowing that pain is part of the price? Because sometimes, the hardest part of love isn't the falling-it's the letting go.
I fell in love with a boy, and I wish I hadn't.
Dear Lavender,
I can't deny that loving him was the best thing, but if love means pain, suffering, and sacrificing, is it still worth it in the end?
K.W
Sincerely yours,
