The rain starts to fall
Leaving drops that look like tears
Although it is not me shedding them
It is you who leaks fears

It ignites a fire
That burns deep in my mind
No other thoughts invade my head
It is only you tonight

The stars still remain dull
As your body fades out
For you were never there to begin with
And you won’t be here now

You were only a dream
The best nightmare I’ve ever had
It seems I can’t even wake up from you now
Though you’ve left me broken, empty, and sad

"I won't let anyone harm you..ever again." He promised, eyes filled with determination and possessiveness. Afterall, she is his...only his. "I know." She smiled kissing his cheek, her eyes filled with hope and happiness. ~~~ "I...I wi-ill protect you.." He pleaded, his voice cracking. He took a tentative step forward, but she recoiled, her body trembling with the weight of past pain. She looked at him, her eyes hollow, a tear tracing the line of her cheek as she let out a bitter laugh. "𝒁𝒂𝒌𝒉𝒂𝒎 𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒆 𝒗𝒂𝒍𝒆...𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒉𝒂𝒎 𝒍𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒆 𝒌𝒊 𝒃𝒂𝒂𝒕 𝒏𝒂𝒉𝒊 𝒌𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒆."
