Hashirama who newly just become first leader of the village started to feel weird around his beloved friend, madara. He felt like the uchiha was kinda cute and so sweet but it seemed like he started to like his friend in some other way. However even tobirama the uchiha hater couldn't believe himself when he got attracted to the uchiha heir.
