Dean Skylark was a bully in school. But no one felt his wrath more than nerdy and shy Kimmy Zabinski. Dean made her life a living hell all throughout the years in school. Life then turned for Dean when he was arrested for drugs and gang-related violence and sentenced to prison.
With an opportunity to shorten his sentencing, Dean is asked by the state warden to help out his niece out of a bad situation. As it turns out, the warden's niece was Kimmy, who is now working as a stripper and is also in a bad relationship. In order for Dean to help Kimmy, he first must change himself and convince her that he isn't the same bully while also maintaining his newfound feelings for her.
