Beyond the Facade

For the 5 years following his mother's unexplained disappearance, Oliver experiences the same progressively-eerie dream every night; his mother leaves and is immediately replaced with a more idealized version of her. Despite unanswered questions and the reoccurring dream that haunts him, he moves in search of rewriting his future and forgetting the past. Now working as a 911 operator in a beautiful, but strange and quirky town named Whispering Creek, Oliver finds a woman that he believes is his mother. However, she doesn't recognize him and has a family of her own. He soon finds himself chasing chilling clues in this confusing town where time feels warped, and reality seems to slip through the cracks. Oliver, with the help of friends, must uncover the truth behind his mother's disappearance and her new family, the meaning behind his dreams, and the eerie power that binds them together. But as Oliver will soon learn, the towns history may hold the key to a darker reality than he could have ever imagined.
