15 years ago, before Brody came into the picture. Mick was living on the planet Leoxo a planet in the Lion Galaxy, with his wife Eclipse (who is from the neighbouring planet Luna and the residents get powers like lightning and elemental control, she has both) and their twin children: Calvin and Caitlin. Mick is now resentful of the Empire of the Lion Galaxy because they sold Mick and his little family to Galvanax on the Galaxy Warrior Dome, which separated him from his parents.

She starts to think that her dad is dead but he is not dead. One day while fighting Zeltrax Ariel sees something in Zeltrax and dosen't attack. When the others ask about it she tells them that something must have happened to her. After destroying Zeltrax Ariel finds out that her dad is not actually dead, he's still alive. When Divatox tried to turn them evil Ariel is the only one that wasn't affected because she is still a power ranger. While they were helping Jason and Kimberly to see who their real friends are Jason knocked Ariel into a coma. After they realized who their real friends are Jason and the others escape with Jason carrying Ariel on his back because the temple was going to blow. They get out just as the temple is about to blow. They get back to Angel Grove and some time later Ariel wakes up from the coma. She decides to continue her journey as a power ranger.Complete
