Poetry
[Discontinued] The dread within the silent nights and the cold December air seeps into my being. Thoughts ran rife inside the valleys of my mind, emotions shifting like a turbulent storm -- one moment ecstatic, another sorrowful. This is a poem collection with no particular theme, just things that come into my heart and go, like a passing wanderer that left an imprint in the pathways of my soul. These are the thoughts of reflection that form when the darkness forces me to look at my own.

When hardship is experienced, it is only human of us to think on the past. Sometimes though, we end up in a cycle of rumination, reliving events that cannot be changed; we become depressed in our memories. Writing can be therapeutic, so here is a collection of poetry exploring a range of sad and confronting memories. By sharing these poems, I hope to not only further my journey towards peace with the past but to connect with others out there who may be feeling the same way. This is a collection of poems by a ruminator for ruminators.
