a young boy finds himself clinging to a murderous clown after witnessing him brutally butcher his mother in their home one late night. the clown is strange and enthusiastic but he's all the child has now, barely registering the dangers that come with being stuck to the miles county clown's side. the child is caught in the middle of the clown's torturous journey as he hunts down residents of miles county, hauntingly leaving his mark there for years to come. he's resurrected demonically a few times by a sinister entity, though that doesn't change the fact that he doesn't feel the need to harm the child that's been with him since the beginning.
