"What are you looking at?" Jungkook asked, his tone half-bratty, half-curious.

The people nearby gasped. No one spoke to Kim Taehyung like that.

Taehyung's lips twitched into the faintest smirk. "You."

Jungkook blinked, his cheeks tinging pink. "Well... stop staring. It's rude.!..
he huffed, turning back to the machine.

Taehyung, who was used to obedience and fear, found the boy's defiance oddly refreshing. He stepped closer, towering over Jungkook. "What's so important about this machine?"

"It's not just a machine! It's the key to winning that," Jungkook said pointing dramatically at the bunny plushy inside. "But it's rigged!"

Taehyung glanced at the plushy, then at Jungkook. Without a word, he pulled out a black card and handed it to the arcade staff. "I want that plush."

The staff hesitated looking between Taehyung and the machine. "S-Sir, we don't usually-"

Taehyung's dark eyes narrowed, and the staff immediately retrieved the bunny plush, handing it over.

Jungkook stared in shock. "Yah! You can't just buy it! That defeats the purpose!"

Taehyung crouched slightly, bringing himself eye-level with Jungkook. "You wanted it, didn't you?" His deep voice sent a shiver down Jungkook's spine.

"Well... yeah, but..." Jungkook trailed off, unable to meet Taehyung's gaze.

"Then it's yours," Taehyung said, placing the plushy in Jungkook's hands.
