The Upper Spire, a towering marvel of technology and prosperity, houses the privileged few who dictate the rules. Below, in the shadows of the Lower Spire, millions struggle against poverty, oppression, and violence, their lives governed by the whims of NovaCore, the ruling conglomerate, and their anonymous agents, stripped of identity and loyalty-bound to the corporation.
