In the far reaches of a decaying galaxy, humanity teeters on the brink of extinction. Overpopulation, dwindling resources, and ecological collapse forced Earth's inhabitants to scatter among the stars in search of salvation. But survival came at a cost. As planetary systems fell into chaos, corporations seized control, offering order but for a costy price ; submission.

From the ashes of humanity's desperation rose New Orion, a vast, gleaming city built on the remnants of a dying star. Touted as a beacon of hope, it became a corporate-controlled metropolis designed to sustain life-but only for those deemed worthy. The Upper Spire, a towering marvel of technology and prosperity, houses the privileged few who dictate the rules. Below, in the shadows of the Lower Spire, millions struggle against poverty, oppression, and violence, their lives governed by the whims of NovaCore, the ruling conglomerate, and their anonymous agents, stripped of identity and loyalty-bound to the corporation.

But New Orion's fragile stability is faltering. The city's dependence on the star's energy has sparked whispers of an Eclipse-a catastrophic event that could consume the last sanctuary of humankind.

As tensions rise, two opposing Agents are sent on conflicting missions that intertwine their fates. One fights to uphold order, believing in NovaCore's promise of salvation. The other seeks to dismantle the system, exposing the corruption that dooms humanity.
