'What was going on? Why won't my body move?' The fight that continued to go on suddenly became muffled sounds to his ears. 'What's with everyone? I'm fine.' He tried to reassure them, but his mouth wouldn't move.
The panic and fear started to set in at the realization of what his fight with the villain might've led to. 'Am I...dying?'
During and after the final fight with the villains not a lot of heroes make it out alive. Not even Dynamight.

What was I supposed to do?" He defended, letting his eyes narrow into slits. "Wait. For. Backup. We were only a few minutes away!" She huffed, sleepily rubbing the dark circles under her eyes. "And how many people would have died in those few minutes Uraraka?" Izuku retorted. She sighed, he was right. He was always right, there's just no use in arguing with him- because he's just going to keep doing it again and again. Izuku is the number one hero after all. An idea rose to mind, it was fairly terrible...but it seemed like the only option. "Look," Uraraka started, lightly grabbing his free hand into hers, "I get it, a lot of people could have gotten hurt- and thanks to you they didn't." "But?" Izuku raised. "But, just because you're a pro doesn't mean you go head first into danger- especially with a wanted villain, without some type of backup! So...I think you need a partner." during a big fight between the heroes and the league of villains, Deku suddenly lost his life trying to save and unconscious Himiko Toga, but while he was passing away drops of his own blood fell into Toga's mouth, which suddenly wakes her up and sees the now passed away Deku, from seeing that she soon hears the heroes heading towards her direction, so she quickly flees the area, but after hours later and we're grouping with the league of villains, she suddenly begins to hear Deku's voice in her head, saying that she must carry on where he left off.Complete
