Mind Over Matter

Some people are born with special abilities and some people aren't. It's like a 20 to 80 percent thing, not a lot of people get powers. The people who don't have powers don't know that people can be born with them, they think it's all fiction. Milo Hayes was lucky, or unlucky, to be born with powers. His power is Telekinesis but he doesn't use them much. He thinks it's not that useful since he isn't lazy. But he realizes he has a purpose when a cult starts to show itself. It's filled with people with powers who think powerless people are trash and get rid of them. He runs into a normal person who, when he's sees Milo with his ability, want to help rid them. He wants to tell him to buzz off but he just can't.
They meet allies and enemies on the way and try to figure out where they are hiding and what they want with his town.
