When Danii Graham moved away, she had no intention of making friends or getting close to anyone. All she wanted to do was get through her senior year without attracting attention to herself. But of course nothing ever goes the way we want. She doesn’t just catch the attention of one person, no she just had to get noticed by a whole group of people who want to get to know her. So she decides that instead of being mean and ignoring them, she would talk to them every once in a while. She didn’t care if they were acquaintances, as long as they never became anything more than that.
For Danii, getting close to someone wasn’t an option, the consequences would be too great. But what she doesn’t count on is how determined they were going to be to get what they want. Her. They aren’t the type to give up easily. Especially not Liam Ryder, the group’s ‘leader’. The words giving up aren’t in his vocabulary, not when it comes to Danii. The thing is, they aren’t the only ones that want her.
But happens when Danii’s past catches up to her? Will she run again, or will she stay and fight back? Can Liam save her? Yes Liam might be strong and powerful, but is he strong enough to protect Danii from the things she’s running from? Or will she loose him too?
