Jeff the Killer, el asesino serial más temible y terrorífico del que se haya tenido historia, es por fin capturado por la policía de los Estados Unidos después de siete largos años de persecución.
Debido a su extremo nivel de locura es declarado que sea enviado y encerrado en un hospital psiquiátrico, pero no en cualquier hospital, sino en el temible Asilo Mental de Denbigh, ubicado al Norte de Gales en Inglaterra, conocido por tratar con enfermos mentales graves.
El doctor Philips Sullivan, un médico psiquiatra egresado de Harvard, es quien lo recibe y ve a Jeff como el candidato perfecto para usar una nueva técnica médica con el cual lo "curará" de su locura: la lobotomía!
Sin embargo, durante el transcurrir de los meses, el doctor Philips y sus ayudantes serán testigos y vivirán en carne propia el verdadero terror y frialdad de un suceso de eventos sangrientos de los cuales Jeff será el causante, dándose así cuenta de que Jeff the Killer no es un paciente cualquiera y de que encerrarlo desde un principio...

Lobotomías y terapias de electrochoque eran la norma. Los médicos de este hospital psiquiátrico empezaron a utilizar grandes dosis de insulina y metrozol para llevar a los pacientes violentos a un estado de coma inducido, tan sólo para librarse de ellos, estuvo desolado y abandonado por más de veinte años hasta que la Universidad de Savannah decidió buscar al dueño y comprar las dependencias para abrirlo como un preparativo para la universidad, un internado de dos meses. Los estudiantes que pierden ramos suelen ir a los intensivos que este ofrece los veranos, mientras que los nuevos estudiantes van solo para acostumbrarse. Una chica de veintiún años es aceptada y es dirigida directamente al ingreso veraniego para que se acostumbre al lugar. Incitó a su mejor amiga para que vaya con ella, "será divertido, imagínate las historias que rondan en un ex psiquiátrico" Claro, no mentía. Asesinatos, experimentos con humanos, un genio sádico, muertes y desapariciones son unas de las pocas cosas que se saben de Briarcliff, original nombre del hospital psiquiátrico que se mantuvo. Cuenta la leyenda que no todos entran ahí, en especial al intensivo ni al ingreso. Se dice entre los lugareños que los que ingresan tienen una conexión en el pasado para estar allí. Esta historia está inspirada (desde la base a algunos nombres) a la saga Asylum de la autora Madeleine Roux en conjunto con American Horror Story: Asylum. Que lo disfruten :)Complete

Feeling it shoot through the heaviness of the situation. "J-Jeff.." You moaned as he pushed your face into the mattress, and continued on. Tears covered your face and you were in a considerable amount of pain but you wanted to please Jeff, so you let him continue. You always wanted to please Jeff. Ever since you first met him. "Whose a good girl?" He yanked your hair back and counted at a steady pace. " you're still with me right..?" You gave out a little whine as you layed there on the line of bliss and insanity. You panted like a dog as Jeff laid panting beside you. You quickly clung to him, wrapping your arms around his strong sweaty frame. "I love you.."
