It should have been the same day as the days before, except NOT , because it's not everyday someone get MURDERED. The schools sweetest girl as they called her got killed and it startled the whole school. I could hear whispers about it every now and then full of assumption, sympathy. She was murdered 2 days ago, the police says the cause of death was multiple stab wounds, no one saw it coming, of course no one knows when people die much less murdered. Megan is the girl that been murdered. The killer is unknown and could be anyone. This perhaps is the start of the guessing game

'The night was alive with silence. I moved through it like a shadow, black leather gloves tight on my hands, boots soft against the grass. My gas mask hid my face, leaving only darkness where my eyes should be. The world narrowed to a single point: the house ahead. Tonight, it would belong to me.
