"Why are you telling me all this" I asked him
"I know everything am telling you isn't new in your ears"
"Then why are you doing it, huh" I shouted at him feeling nothing but rage.
"Don't you ever use that tone on me, am telling you this because it needs to stick in your head. You're so pathetic and you don't even deserve to be born, yet become my Luna. How can you lead a pack you can't even see"?
Every word that came out of his mouth was like a dagger direct to my heart as silent tears left my blind eyes
"So, what are you going to do, reject me or__or kill me. If that's what you're going to do then just do it" I stuttered.
"I can't do that because I will lose my wolf and die eventually"
"So, what now" I asked.
"You're going to be my mistress".

When a string of mysterious and violent deaths plague the small city of Spring Lakes, psychic consultant Julian Hart finds himself partnered with veteran detective Dane Hunter. As the mismatched pair dig deeper into the mystery, getting along with one another seems harder than catching a killer; but when Julian is marked as the killer's next target, solving the murders becomes a dicey game of "do or die." - Warnings: Contains strong language and explicit sexual content. - This is a work of fiction.
