being a student/coffee shop owner is not easy, especially if you're low tempared person. Your coffee shop may have closed in less than a week. as others have said, customers are always right.

when you start a business, you can't frown. once you frown and your customer misunderstood, I think you should just shut down because it will surely go viral and your business will surely fall.
