Cairo wakes up in a hospital and doesn't remember anything whatsoever. After he escapes from the hospital, he remembers one word - Hydra. From that point on, he's on to discover who he is and what caused his memory loss.

Naomi is an alien who was the basis of Hydra's experiments, although she doesn't know that, she was found at just 6 years old (shes now a 16 years old). They used her DNA to find out how to give people powers. on one of her many escapes she's found by the avengers and adopted by Tony stark. Also the events in this story may be different from the ones in the movie. This is an AU with some differences like Tony doesn't die and a few other things.
