In a city with a curfew of 9:00, Katrina Freeman's sister Kiera is kidnapped while out after curfew. When she is not found for a year, the police lose hope and give up. Katrina receives a strange message about information on her sister and Katrina finds out about Project IRIS, an organization punishing people who are out after curfew and turning them into something horrific, although no one knows what. When Katrina finds out that her sister is going to be turned into a Lycanthrope, she infiltrates the faculty to save her sister. What will transpire is sure to leave a mental mark on her... forever.
