Harper Moore has met her fair share of first responders in her lifetime: the paramedics who showed up when her brother fell down the stairs, the firefighters who dragged her away from her father's burning office, the police officers who brought her stepsister home after a night out, her step dad's firefighter colleagues, the list goes on. But her favourite first responders? Well, they belonged to the 118 Fire Department, and they were her family.
