Percy is betrayed when Nick Waters, a son of Poseidon and Percy's half brother, comes to camp. Loyalties are tested and enemies are made. Sally abandons him to start a mortal family. Even with the friends he still has, Percy decides to leave the place he is unwanted. He is summoned on Olympus and accused of things he didn't do. Some believe him but most are just eager to get rid of him. But when will they learn, you can't get rid of Percy that easily. He is met with some gods and the creator himself, who gives him a chance to go back in time and relive his life but not as a son of Poseidon but a son of Chaos. What will Percy find in the new timeline? Friendship? Love? But one thing's for sure, he will definitely have his revenge on those who wronged and shunned him. I own nothing except the OCS and plot. Creator: Friend or Foe?
This story began as a NaNoWriMo 2012 work, with no planning, and even less idea of plot. I learned from that experience that I am not a 'pantser' -and spent about 20 painful months trying to turn my stream-of-consciousness 3-stories-in-one into one coherent novel, following the timeline and events in the Book of Genesis. I discovered that that is not a great way to build a plot. I ended after 5 more drafts, at about 60k words. There is another draft on my blog, slightly longer, a bit more experimental.
