She can communicate with water, change its form, shoot it from her hands, and she can manipulate ice (cuz it's just cold water). She can also communicate with ice. What happens when she enrolls to U.A and meets a soft green haired cinnamon roll, a baby shark boi, off brand spider-man, and angry blond hedgehog. Who will win her heart.
