Billy Hargrove falls in love with Steve Harrington. But Steve isn't ready to move on from Nancy. Even when she calls everything bullshit about him and his relationship. It breaks him. But he doesn't break up with her. He wants to make it right with them. 

Billy is tired of being led around. He just wants to find peace finally. Find love. Happiness.
