However, this plan of mind changed when he wanted to take over the Pokemon World due to having many powerful pokemons that he can use for his own gain. He theorized that there was a another universe that there was a world just like the world he was living in but different. He and all people was created by this world. He called this world, "Earth" and therefore it was called "The Reality". However, when he told this to everyone, they laughed at him for being stupid. Giovanni wanted to prove them wrong by forcing his workers to research about it to see if this so called "The Reality" is real. Few weeks later.. It was proven true and Giovanni was very proud about it. But there are many things that he is also wrong about. During the midst of it all, Shintaro gets captured, sending Kai down a path of despair and hopelessness. He feels responsible for getting Shintaro back, but he doesn't know what he's up against. Thankfully, his friends don't let him do it by himself. As always, they have his back. And soon, new friends are there behind him, too. The group finds that Moon is behind all of this, but she isn't doing it for herself.
