Weather Challenges in Drilling Rig Industry

As spring approaches in the United States, many of us drilling in Oklahoma and Texas welcome the nicer temperatures but must also remain weather-aware with an expectation of severe storms, and even tornadoes. This isn't something that could happen - it's something that did happen as I worked on an Oklahoma rig that was in the path of a tornado one year ago.
