Izuku was a castoff.  He was quirkless.  Thats the usual story of how a quirkless boy became the Ninth user of OFA, saving the world.  But what if, instead of quirkless, he was something else?   Instead of being quirkless, he was a Late Bloomer.   His quirk came in a little late, because his body wasn't ready.   This quirk gave him the power over...everything.  But when it was, what would happen?

His best friend moved away.  His mom threw him out after making his life hell.  He had every right to become the worst villain the world had ever seen.   But what if he meets someone who changes that?  Instead of becoming a villain, he becomes something better. Something no one was ready for.
