Izuku was a castoff.  He was quirkless.  Thats the usual story of how a quirkless boy became the Ninth user of OFA, saving the world.  But what if, instead of quirkless, he was something else?   Instead of being quirkless, he was a Late Bloomer.   His quirk came in a little late, because his body wasn't ready.   This quirk gave him the power over...everything.  But when it was, what would happen?

His best friend moved away.  His mom threw him out after making his life hell.  He had every right to become the worst villain the world had ever seen.   But what if he meets someone who changes that?  Instead of becoming a villain, he becomes something better. Something no one was ready for.

Inspired by @armoredlord1115 and his book called Izuku Midoriya: Shadow Monarch and given permission to do my own version, as long as it doesn't outright copy his book. Izuku and his twin brother, Talion, are both unfortunate enough to be apart of the 20% that's quirkless and so have suffered for it for years. However, they didn't take it lying down and did training to prove them wrong. After some unfortunate (or fortunate, depends on how you look at it) situations happening to them both, they will rise to the top of a new organisation. the new organisation has been dubbed as 'Hunters'. These hunters are people that specialize in tackling inter-dimensional portals dubbed 'Dungeons' to make sure what is in them doesn't spill out. Ironically in this society, the ones they have decided are a disease are the only ones able to take them down. Prior to their respective incidents, they only have their family as their lights within the darkness. Gaining their respective systems and Monarch abilities, they both shall rise to the top as an unstoppable duo with their armies of shadow and ice behind them. They both shall become more well-known than even All Might when they gain traction. If you guys want, join them on their journey to become nation level hunters, while gaining love at the same time.

Izuku being born quirk less was criticized and called useless . He was constantly tormented by others including his family who usually threw him out of home until midnight. But that changed when he got a red scarf. He would allow you to touch it and admire it but the line drew when you tried to steal it away from him. Not even All Might dared take his scarf for fear what might befall him.

Izuku's childhood wasn't great. His sister Izumi had a remarkable quirk called Flight, and their parents, Inko and Toshinori Yagi paid attention only to her. Izuku felt left out and insignificant. But on his 12th birthday, he found out he had a latent quirk: he could absorb and use the quirks of others. Feeling betrayed by his family's favoritism, Izuku left for America to make his path. He practiced in the busy streets and mastered the quirks he absorbed, using them in his fighting style. As he got better, Izuku became a legendary figure, respected and feared by many. His journey from a neglected child to an unstoppable force showed how strong and determined he was. With each quirk he absorbed, he grew stronger, becoming a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.
