15-year-old Kira Brooks has always felt alone in life besides the fact she always feels like someone is watching her, rather something is watching her. To simplify this, Kira is Diagnosed with AIWS, during her hallucinations she's seeing these dark figures, and ever since she was young they had been similar to friendly imaginary creatures, though after these hallucinations, they disappear. When her family has fallen apart, she is taken in by a kind couple and moved from her hometown of Australia. Nervous and unsettled, the ambivert is learning to love again. Confused when a ginger haired girl catches her eye, making every move and musical imaginary idea feel like it's being replaced with her. Will she learn to love again? Will she finally open up? Will she take her headphones out for once and let in the light or close it off, as these memories come back to haunt her into destruction. Throughout the story will she learn to trust again? Will she learn that maybe. Family doesn't have to be related by blood. But by trust and trust alone. Or will those black scratches keep hold of her voice and pull her back into the endless void, letting her voice ring out of how much of a MELOMANIAC she is.
