Izuku midoriya was different from others of his age that is because he had pseudobulbar affect a laughing disorder and to top it off he was quirkless making him the primary threat of bullying. but one day when izuku thought they tried to change only to be thrown into a vat of toxic chemicals and that was the last mistake that they made for when izuku came out of it his skin was pale white and his lips blood red and the last bit of sanity he had was gone on that day because of katsuki bakugou The joker was born one that makes poeple fear when they hear his laughter. but not all was lost for this young man because one day he found a blue-haired girl who loved explosions and a pink-haired boxer-two girls he held very dear and because of that his insanity became better and his goal was now to change this society even if he had to kill all might himself.
