In this world, not all men are born equal. The world has taken a shift from normal to supernatural, as of marking today as the festival of the "Conjoined Elemental Star." Exactly 42 years ago, a meteor crashed in the Meguro District, a major commercial and finance center. When the government quarantined the zone, those who were exposed to its presence fell ill for exactly 9 days. Those who fell ill and survived those 9 days gained powers of unknown proportions. The power to manipulate things such as fire, water, nature, and more. As there were dozens of combinations, those who gained these powers. Their lives would be changed forever, and because of this, a crisis emerged. Massive panic emerged, so the government organized the entirety of Japan to form the P.E.S.T., or better known as the Public Elemental Safety Treaty. As this new group rose up, they brought peace to the region.All Rights Reserved
