Celestine Hernandez was diagnosed with Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease; it's a brain disorder that has no cure and can lead to dementia. She only has 6 to 4 months to live. She decided to fulfill her dreams, and that is to visit Japan alone. Her family understands and supports her wishes. In Japan, she met a man. His name is Ken Suson, but he introduced himself as Felip. He was very obnoxious and uninterested when she first met him. But after so many occasions, he slowly became attached to her. Celeste knows him very well since she is already his biggest fan, but she hides it from him so he wouldn't get weird about it. Celeste started recording herself with the camera she bought at the antique shop. She starts documenting the things that happened between her and Felip in case she forgets about him. He didn't know Celeste had an illness. She didn't tell him that she only had months to live. After a month in Japan with Felip, Celeste decided to go home to the Philippines. Felip wants to go with her since he only has one week left in Japan. But she didn't allow him. Instead, she promised Felip that they would meet again.
