(The first part of Arpeggio AU series)

The Japanese military discovered an object called "Amulets" in the Philippines. The amulets were known to be just an object of religious contexts which provide some protection and goodluck charms, which the Japanese military found it to be "a thing of no interesting use", until from the moment that the American forces dropped two nukes on the Japan. The Japanese began finding an another way of use with those amulets, infusing them into the technology and the results was the creation of the fogships and many more advanced machines and devices, strengthening the Japanese military forces and providing great significant changes to the empire itself. And because of the discovery of the different usage of amulets, the world will be not the same, and the war continues with significant changes of warfare.

1. This is an AU fanfic, so it won't follow any accuracies and will have a different plot.

2. This is an alternate history where the ww2 hasn't ended.

3. The fogfleet will be entirely different as they are now made by the IJN.

4. The Amulets might play a major role of this fanfic.
