Apparently, Alhaitham somehow got himself sick, however rare that may be, and now you're in charge of taking care of him. Luckily for you, Kaveh has all the answers you could possibly need (along with some more... questionable comments from him, not that he'll ever admit to them).

This fic is slightly inspired by Latiwings "Teyvat's Guide to Roommates" series on AO3. It's a good read, I highly recommend it.
