It's been a decade since the death of 100th Emperor of Britannia, Lelouch vi Britannia, but the memory of Zero and the Black Knights are still embedded in the minds of few survivors. Not only has Japan once again been reclaimed, but so have many other nations. The Philippines, or Area 20, is one such nation.
