Not only has Japan once again been reclaimed, but so have many other nations. The Philippines, or Area 20, is one such nation. When Andrew Wiggins tries to communicate with the half eleven, half twenty student in his class, it only unfolds more chaos. On top of that, a girl going by Red is dragging him by the ear to stop the world from collapsing!
