The blessing of pain

In the realm of Ikra, Keskii, a young saintess blessed by one of the world's twelve gods, Saphne the goddess of mercy.

Keskii possesses the extraordinary ability to heal others and regenerate any wound she incurs.
However, each act of healing transfers the pain and wounds of others onto her, triggering immense stress and emotional turmoil that her physical regeneration cannot heal. To cope with this mental pain, Keskii involuntarily regresses when overwhelmed, scared or stressed.

Since her youth, the temple has taken advantage of her divine gift, insisting that it is her duty to use her powers to heal, regardless of the personal cost. The temple's manipulation pushes Keskii to her limits, leading her to flee in desperation to the royal family, seeking refuge and protection from those who would exploit her further.
