"There were times of hardship when people forget the courage they need to keep fighting; and survive. I was drowning. I knew that. I also knew that the hands around my throat, pushing me deeper into the river water was the cause. What I didn't know was who was drowning me and why. It hurt thinking. It hurt to do anything right now. But I still screamed under the cold water and pushed the hands away as hard as I could. It didn't have much effect. I fought and fought, but I was getting weaker, and colder. The pain was overbearing. I couldn't breathe. It was the worst pain imaginable; and as the hands that were around my neck were forcibly ripped off by some unknown force, I slipped deeper into the depths of the river. My hair was straight above me along with my arms. My eyes were open and the water burned. A darkness started to pull me under, taking the pain away. I felt a small pressure around my waist, before the darkness completely consumed me. The last thing I remember is thinking, save me.

It's hard to fall for someone you're not sure will catch you. Why is that? Why do we get our hopes up sometimes, thinking that the people we love can catch us, when we ourselves can't even catch ourselves when we fall because of the pain they give us? We're the ones who keep catching them when they get hurt, it's unfair because they can't even catch us when we're falling head over heels for them... But my perspective changed when I found out that she'd been catching me all along, I just didn't know. Because I was so focused on protecting and being afraid of losing what we built together, our friendship.

I broke up with him because i don't want to be in a long distance relationship.We promised to each other that we'll be making each others life. After few years, i fall in love with Michael. His been the rock and my strength that time. I forced myself to move on about Hayden. Until Hayden came back. "I want you back Tiff." Hayden softly said. I froze and started to dig the thoughts on my mind. I still want him and love him, but i have Michael now. My past that made my life complete or my present that became my rock through the down times?
