In the aftermath with the war against the Abyss, the warriors from each tribe have decided to reconstruct parts of Natlan which were infected from the Abyss corrosion. In the midst of all of this, Mavuika and Xilonen have found quite a lot in common and started dating.
Meanwhile, on planet Arrakis, Paul Atreides has declared in front of his one true love that he would marry the Emperor's daughter and start a holy war against those who opposed him.
