Twenty-five years ago, my grandparents arranged for me to marry a boy my age. I was puzzled and curious, but I didn't know anything about marriage. I let it happen because I didn't want to disappoint my beloved grandmother, who passed away that same day. I saw her smiling at me from her coffin, knowing she had secured my future by arranging my marriage.

Days passed, and I searched for the picture of the boy. I rummaged through my grandmother's belongings and found the photo. To my surprise, the boy in the picture was the same person I had been taking care of for 25 years.
