RWBY: The Ultimate Relic (A Sonic and RWBY crossover fanfic)
Sonic the Hedgehog, hero of Mobius/Earth, had defeated Emerl the ultimate Gizoid that the blue blur raised as his own. After freeing Emerl from his destructive programming, Sonic hoped he didn't do too much damage so he can bring him home. Unfortunately, the damage became severe for the childlike robot. As Emerl says his final goodbye to Sonic and his friends that treated him with kindness and compassion, a light flashes, enveloping the Gizoid. And as the light dissipates, Emerl was no longer there. He was truly gone.............or so the blue hedgehog thought.
Unbeknownst to Sonic and his friends, Emerl was teleported to a different world, but not without a heavy cost. With his link with Sonic separated, he loses almost all of his memories of them, their skills and abilities were erased. All except his name.
As Emerl sits on the tree, powered down and lost, he would one day be discovered by a group of students, while they were doing their mission. And the leader of the team would form a 'Link' that would change the orange and yellow robot, more or less.
