One evening while at her new job, she was sorting through cases as usual, when her father push through the door. Her father was angrily holding a man roughly by the arm. As they walked to her, Y/N heart skipped a beat. Her breath caught in her throat as she peered through the people and saw a gaunt, disheveled figure. It took a moment for her eyes to adjust, but when they did, she gasped in shock. There, standing in handcuffs and barely recognizable, was Rambo.
Tears streamed down her face as she realized that her worst fears had been both confirmed and shattered. Rambo was alive, but he was missing all this time. The overwhelming mix of relief and anguish surged through her. Though Rambo was not the same man he was when he left.
