Lost (a zombie story)

Secrets are funny things. No matter where you go in life, they tend to follow. An apocalypse is no exception.
Tori has never had an easy home life, the only constants were her two best friends. Her family. The only family she'd claim. Of everyone in the world, and of every bad thing to ever happen to her, she could count on them.
But even they have their secrets.
When humans turned killers, and creatures began to attack, that was the least of their worries. Survival, that's the priority.
But secrets never really die.
