Logline: An artist is on the verge of quitting art for good when his nemesis, a former pro football star, beats him at an art competition. That's fine, he doesn't have to do art, he could always go to butcher school as per requested by his father. But when he finds out

I really enjoyed writing this story. It's very dark, but also kind of funny and absurd. There is some truth to this story actually. The parts about my mom's former coworker getting my tattoo design on her leg without paying my mom back the money she "borrowed" from her. That's all I'll say about that. When my mom told me this, I had to get revenge...by writing this fictional story!

Before writing this story, I had never seen Dexter (the serial killer show that I recently just binged and fell in love with) but as soon as I saw Dexter I'm like this reminds me a lot of the character I wrote! I did watch the Netflix series "You" which is similar to Dexter, and I admit that as I was having writer's block, I would watch "You" to get a little more motivation. But this story is entirely me, which makes sense as to why the TV shows I mention above resonate with me so much.
