Ruby Denbrough was under the impression that she was done with surprises. Done dealing with any more impossibilities that would flip her world upside-down. After her encounters with a supernatural killer clown, she assumed that nothing could ever beat that level of impossibility. As horrifying as it all was, she somehow felt a small comfort knowing she had dealt with the worst life could possibly throw at her and survived. No more surprises she wouldn't be prepared for. Little did she know, a letter from a certain school would be the cause of another drastic change in her life. AN: So, here's the deal. I was unhappy with the other story and was obviously getting nowhere with it (given the unintentional two year hiatus). So I decided to try rewriting it. I feel my writing has improved and I felt it would be easier to just try another book instead of editing that monstrosity I started five or so years ago. Plus, it would give me the opportunity to actually plan the story and a way to finish it. In the meantime, I will be trying to get a chapter out per every week or two for those who want to read this. I wouldn't blame any of my prior readers for leaving since I practically abandoned this story. I will also keep the other one up for nostalgia purposes, but also for anyone who might enjoy that version more. Also, art was done by me. Not sure if I like it (the shading is off and I gave up lol) but I needed a cover and I have not been keeping up with practicing my art either. And finally, I don't fully know the drama of the original authors of the It and Harry Potter franchise, just the JK stuff. Not sure if King has done anything but with JK I will say I don't condone transphobia or any hate toward anyone here. It's stupid and I sure as hell am not 100% straight so I will leave it at that. No hate toward people. Just figured I mention that considering I know the controversies and don't really want to be associated with that over a fan fiction.
