It Rains Here

Young Catherine ( Or Cat as she likes to be called) is a people watcher. She enjoys finding out peoples quirks, most of the time not by illegal means, and sometimes using it to her advantage. One day she discovers a daring secret about the seemingly altruistic angel of a student body president, Damon, and confronts him.
However will it be worth it? Will Damon keep his position? Will Cat break off the deal, or worse let it leak? And after all their hardships can they still remain friends or have the conflicts been too much for them to even be cordial?
Finally, will it finally rain enough the city doesn't go through another drought?
