When he began running the league, he'd get annoyed when Toga tried to date some hero brat from Class 1-A. He'd frown upon Dabi when he begun hanging out with Hawks a little too much.
But when a hero from Germany visits Japan to help Class 1-A train and grow into strong saviors, he can't help but understand why everyone goes crazy over her.
Suddenly, Ade Akan, number one hero of Germany, has a villainous fan boy.
