So before anything is said, it is important to note that this story is a spin-off of CrystalScherer's upon wings of change.  It is highly suggested that you read their story first before this one, but of course that is entirely up to you.

Everyone knows about the government kidnapping people and using them in experiments that utilizes alien technology which transforms them into little dragonets.  But what if there was more alien technology that was discovered elsewhere, technology which was quite different from that of the main project.
