Jace Atkins had always lived in the rich part of town. He had everything. Though even with opportunity, wealth, a loving family and everything else anyone could want, he wasn't happy. He dreamed of living life on the edge, running from danger at every turn. But he knew nothing of what that really meant. 

Katie on the other hand, had been abandoned as a child. Left on the streets to fend for herself, she was a loner and a fighter. She had always admired the bright lights of the rich part of town. The best parts of the city. Though she had never experienced life in the lap of luxury, she was always intrigued by it and longed to try it, even if only for a day. 

They lived in the same city, but were worlds apart, each wanting what they didn't have. But as fate brought them together, they have a lot to learn about the true reality of each of their dreams.
