"Nobility of character manifests itself at loopholes when it is not provided with large doors," Sofia repeated, her fingers tracing over the edges of the page. Her friends were in front of her, about to start playing another game to celebrate a weekend away from her parents on Blackwood Mountain. That celebrated weekend quickly turned into tragedy as her sisters, Hannah and Beth, went missing, leaving only her and her brother, Josh.

The Washington family was torn apart. With desperation, Sofia devised a plan. Josh agreed to it. A series of pranks to take revenge on the friend group as they committed a prank that led to Hannah and Beth disappearing.
