Ivy Prescott, a high-powered marketing executive from the city, returns to her small hometown after five years to close a business deal. Her company wants to buy the local Christmas tree farm, a beloved family-owned business that has been a staple of the town for generations. However, the farm's charming and stubborn owner, Luke Harper, refuses to sell.

Luke, Ivy's old high school sweetheart, took over the farm when his parents passed away. Overwhelmed and struggling to keep the farm afloat, Luke wants to honor his family's legacy but lacks the resources to do so. Ivy, on the other hand, is determined to show her boss she can secure the deal-even if it means clashing with Luke. As she spends time at the farm, helping out to prove she's invested, she starts to reconnect with the magic of her hometown's Christmas spirit and the person she left behind.
