The legendary Pokemon, Mew, finds itself in a human body after on the verge of death from an intense battle.
Mew, being the DNA of all Pokemon uses its abilities to become the champion of the Kanto region- however doing so through supernatural means.
Eventually, people catch on to these odd win conditions, and take drastic measures- kidnapping Mew and forcing him into a sudden tournament, where no potential cheats or schemes could falter.

The Sinnoh region holds many tales about the great and beautiful Cynthia, the reigning Champion.
